Look Up

      The month of December begins a season of excitement that often brings a flood of moments that can overwhelm us. The need to bake that perfect dessert, to have that perfect family gathering or find that perfect gift often brings frustration. In our time of looking for perfection we often overlook the perfection that was given to us in Jesus Christ.
      It is simple, the perfection we strive for does not exist. The only perfection that is constant and true is the work of Christ. So, RELAX during this Christmas season, focus on the perfect gift that is eternal life through Christ Jesus and rejoice! Allow the joy and delight of rejoicing in Jesus consume us in those moments that overwhelm us.
