At Indian Run Christian Church, our youth are looked upon as gifts from God and brought up in the church family with kindness and love. We strive to encourage and demonstrate their place in the Kingdom of God as well as raising them up to be the next generation of leaders for Christ. With that in mind, we want parents, grandparents and other family to be familiar with what their youth will experience at IRCC.
The safety of your children, of any age, is first and foremost. ALL staff and volunteers that teach and work with the youth, have been administered a background screening by an outside agency. Many of our teachers have outside secular licensures and certificates that require in depth background screenings as well (school teachers, support staff, nurses). Furthermore, some staff at IRCC have completed advanced training with MinistrySafe in the recognition of certain abuse and exploitation of children.
ALL classrooms have an open door policy, which mean that parents are welcome to observe their child's class at any time. If you have any questions regarding the youth programs at IRCC, please feel free to contact us at [email protected]
